I didnt like charging for parking , also the charging for the use of the pool . I needed a bath to relax on the night , but they didnt have a bar of soap , all the soap was in dispensers away from me when sitting in the bath

Early check in charge daylight robbery!

Room was a great size and very comfortable. However could do with modernising. The most disappointing element was that I was charged an additional £20 for early check in despite requesting rooms to be ready early and not receiving a reply from hotel to my request

The hotel was clean and tidy While i do feel on occasion it may be needed the set times for the pool was a little frustrating as i had to get out when the pool was quite quiet A special mention to Simky on reception. That lady is amazing. As a frequent travelller around the world. This lady was the first one ever to show me the disabled action procedure including asking how many staff i would need for assistance.
