My bedding was not clean. The bottom sheet was ripped. The pillow cases were clean but they didn’t cover the pillow at the ends and the pillows themselves had hairs. Apart from that the bathroom was very clean I was pleasantly surprised and in general the room was very comfortable. Although not happy about the pillow I would stay again.

The reason I chose this hotel was because of the leisure facilities, upon arrival I found out that the pool areas had been shut down for over a month! Nobody informed me of this after booking the hotel, and no offer of a partial refund. To top it all off, I have contracted food poisoning from the restaurant. I know the food poisoning is from here as it's the only place I've eaten from

Modern spacious and very comfortable executive style rooms. Luxury white linen throughout. Plenty of charging points for all your gadgets and laptop. All staff super friendly and professional. Highly recommended.

Only a very brief stay here for us as our flight times had changed. Chap on check in very helpful. Room very clean and comfortable. Bathroom with a bath - lush! Will return and hope for a lonfer stay than a few hours on our next visit!

Staff were fine, nothing extraordinary. V disappointed that the swimming pool was closed, that's the only reason I booked this hotel. If I'd known it was closed, I'd have booked somewhere else. £100+ to stay in my room for the evening is not value for money, esp in these difficult times
