I liked everything with this hotel and room with an fridge and big tv and very confutable bed but what made my stay went from 5 stars to 1 to 2 stars is the housekeeping team decided to throw away my beongings in my room because something about unoccupied. Fridge was cleaned out with my expensive cheesecakes and my milkaske and my superdry jacket with nhs badge also cant charge laptop due to usb gone aswell , Lucky enough they found my jacket and badge but when staying in hotel you never expect that to happen. Walked back to hotel after long day out to find my room been cleaned out lucky enough had my laptop with me or be having a panic attack. There also not signs saying do not clean my room. Not the worst hotel been in because love the quiet but dispointed about my stay there and it was runied with me panicing about my badge and jacket

Good morning,Thank you for this which we were already aware of and have dealt with.Our Housekeeping manager personally came to see Robert to explain the genuine error that led to this and to apologise, following this our Front Office Manager called the guest to apologise again and to offer the value of the food. We located the gentleman’s jacket and other possessions in our lost property store.I hope this clarifies the situation for you.With kind regardsMaggie

We got a great deal on a room for 2 nights and had a lovely spacious room with 2 double beds. Bathroom was fine with good shower and shampoo etc was provided. TEA/Coffee making facilities in room with fridge. Staff were very friendly. Parking is £10 a night which you can pay at machine or reception. Only down side is that they do not offer housekeeping at the moment so room is not cleaned daily but they do replenish room with clean towels, shampoo etc

Club room. Keys to lounge not work x 3 waited for 20 mins for key to be delivered. No robes or slippers requested finally came after been to pool so waist of time and money paying for upgrade. No fruit in. Lounge. No Water in lounge. 2 can of coke wow. Well worth 27 pound upgrade not. Room keys re cut 3 times very annoying as on floor 5. When arrived asked for luggage trolley told outside if I want one no porters. waited at bar for 15 mins to get served a gentleman offered to help me as had seen me waiting for a long time only to be told go away ill serve him when I get to him, gentlemen said he's been waiting a long time she told him so it's not you're job you don't work behind the bar go away, I interjected and was told by girl don't care if am waiting not his job to be in bar. Said he helping told don't need help. I explained I thought she being rude told so complain if you want. Wow.

Im Grossen und Ganzen war das Hotel ganz Ok. Was uns gestört hat, war das Badezimmer. Die Dusche war sehr alt und das Wasser floss auf den Boden, weswegen der Boden sehr nass und dreckig war. Das Frühstück war nichts spezielles. Ich habe da viel mehr erwartet, aber viel Auswahl hatten wir nicht. Die Zimmer waren auch etwas kühl.
