It was a very basic room with horrible matress and pillows. Not very comfortable. The room was basic but it was clean enough. Good location. Staff were very friendly and helpful

Booked a twin room, but when I got there they did not offer me what I booked and paid for, I was offered a bunk bed, nothing they could do or try to remedy the situation, I advised if I’ve booked a twin room and paid for it, that’s what I should get, I was later offered free cold breakfast but still no twin room, I doubt I will be staying here again. No brush in toilet and had to pay extra for tea and coffee.

Not meeting the basic requirements

Parking is expensive but was available, TV and sockets not working in the room, on telling reception, their response was they know and lots of the rooms are like that?! Energy should be a basic right so this isn't good enough. When you add the £12 parking charge, other options with free parking and working facilities may be cheaper👍

What’s the point

Stay didn’t happen, as per previous review. Neither the hotel or hotels.com were any help. Very poor customer service. Have stayed here before but wouldn’t ever again
