My only complaint is that the bed is very hard and uncomfortable. The restaurant Hudson & Nash has very few selections for dinner but the food was tasty. Everything else was great.

From the moment we arrived we were welcomed. Our housekeeper was extremely helpful when we needed extra trash bags. We let her know the one we had was damaged. She fixed the problem right away. Room service was quick. I love that check out was done by text and it was quick and on point. Great job!

Pros: Lobby is nice and easy access to food and beverages with restaurants on 1st and 2nd floor. Convenient to other attractions such as zoo, balboa park, convention center, etc. The Bayfront walk outside the hotel is also relaxing after sunset. Cons: Room key did not work for entrance or exit the entire time. Very inconvenient that we were stuck at the exit waiting for an attendant over the intercom. At times key did not work for the room either. Toilet had water running the whole time because the lever was kind of broken / loose. AC was not responsive and by the time it reached our selected temperature, it was 3am and we woke up from sweating.

Property is nice. The loading and unloading area is horrible and bell hop should be allowed to assist hotel guests to the guest parking lot. You have escalators and hallways and the journey to the parking is far to not have anything or options to assist with unloading and loading unless you pay for it is very inconvenient!!

I’ve stayed at this property a couple of times and my favorite thing is that the beds are super comfortable and they have a variety of pillows to choose from. As someone who needs a good pillow, this is so wonderful! The restaurants are also good and it’s very convenient if you are attending the Convention Center.
