The Hotel was amazing, but they charged me $45 for parking when your (Hotels.com) page said it was free. I chose this hotel because it said it was free.

Very nice, but be aware of the fees

This place was very nice. Updated and very modern. My only complaint would be a lot of hidden fees almost doubled the price of my stay due to resort fees and parking.

Had missing items from the refrigerator before the room was cleaned. Once I contacted concierge to contact housekeeping they said they no longer had the option to find them since I had already checked out. All they said we’re sorry we can’t help.

First class service from everyone we encountered. Room showing a few signs of wear. Desk chair, water on bathroom floor which looks to be coming from base seal of toilet….yuck. Television has a worn out screen. Blurry and color errors. No way to adjust brightness on tv. Sports on it was horrible.

What I liked - Great location/ close walking distance to the beautiful SeaPort - View from my room was that of the city. - The restaurant was great - Free “Rain” water bottles - Staff assuming we travelled from London to attend an Indian family’s wedding happening in the hotel at the same time - Friendly staff What i did not like - The Bayfront just a couple of minutes walk away had some homeless people almost living on the benches. Did not feel safe when returning back to the hotel in the night. - There is no buffet breakfast option like other Hilton’s. - The Marriott looked better.
