The hotel had a refresh, but only a minor one. Water pressure was terrible in the sink, bathtub was lined giving a less than fresh feel. Otherwise good location and plentiful breakfast buffet. Parking was odd, cost $34/day but no attendent and fully open without gate. Wouldnt stay again

The hotel is so conveniently located, it was easy to get public transit, or walk to Pier 39. The breakfast buffet was so good and a nice addition to the stay.

Pros - Good location and Great Buffet Breakfast Cons - Hotel was outdated. Rooms need to be updated. Our 1st room the toilet did not flush. Maintenance guy told us he needed to take the toilet apart to fix the problem. They moved us to an upgraded 2nd room where the AC did not work and the TV was not working. After the first few complaints and rude staff we were happy to check out the next day. This hotel should be a 3 star and not 4 or 5 as listed.
