Good location with easy access to princes street and grass market. Local buses nearby. Hotel very comfortable, room excellent and large breakfast options. Staff very pleasant to deal with. Would certainly recommend and would stay again.

Staff are friendly and the room is clean. Parking was a problem to me when I arrived. First is I cannot find the car park, second is that the car park was full.

Nice, bright hotel. Stayed for 2 nights. Room was not serviced. When brought this to attention at reception, was still not resolved.
