Everything was quite simply outstanding - staff, accommodation, food and services. This was a special birthday celebration and we were delighted to be given an upgrade to the room we had booked as well as some lovely treats. Staff could not have been more helpful and the room was just perfect. The second daily service is a delightful touch and we appreciated it so much. Thank you for making our whole stay a dream come true!

Numerous added touches that made the stay especially memorable — Christmas morning “stocking” filled with fruit, nuts and tea canister’” traditional Scottish food menu items along with many other choices, excellent housekeeping service (phone charger cords neatly tied up with a hotel tie), lovely afternoon tea and Christmas dinner.
