Everything was excellent except the excess charges. Premium for a room, but an additional room service charge. In room dining charged 5 for the tray food delivered on. I'm surprised we weren't charged to walk on the floors or use the lift.

Didn't eat there. Had good tea and coffee in room with a little bottle of milk in the fridge. Wonderful room, excellent shower, bath, toiletries towels and linens. Kelly at the front desk was lovely. I go back and forth from US to Scotland a couple of times a year and will definitely be back to the Balmoral.

The Balmoral Hotel truly delivers a six-star experience. From the moment we walked into the grand lobby and enjoyed afternoon tea, we felt the highest level of hospitality. The afternoon tea here was the best we had in the UK — elegant, delicious, and unforgettable. Our room was beautiful and comfortable, with thoughtful details everywhere.
