My only concern was that despite the hotel’s website stating that there were rooms with walk in showers and that I requested a walk in shower in writing twice before I arrived and also at check in, I was not given a room with a walk in shower.

Loved our stay!

The Radisson exceeded my expectations. It’s situated in a great location on the Mile and I loved our room. The steam room and sauna were fantastic and the pool/locker room were clean. The staff were super helpful. The only negative from my stay was the relatively high cost to park in the garage, but it was worth it to stay here.

A very good stay

An EXCELLENT location and in the heart of the City, walkable to almost anywhere and only maybe 5-10 Minutes to the Castle. The Staff were amazing in helping us with extra needs for our aged Parents. They took amazing care of us and I'd recommend this Hotel anytime.

Expensive! Excluded breakfast yet a lot more than other hotels. Car park is ridiculous that as a guest you cannot come and go easily. Did not find it very welcoming and friendly. Bar prices also high - £18 for a glass of wine?

The room was clean and spacious. We had air conditioning. As we were in the fifth floor we used the lifts a lot. One morning they were broken which meant long trek downstairs to the lower ground floor for breakfast. Often long waits for the lift. There was plenty of food and a good variety available at breakfast but none of it was of a particularly high standard or very tasty.
