I had an amazing experience at the Novotel Edinburgh Park Hotel. From the moment I arrived, the staff were welcoming, professional, and always ready to help. The food was absolutely delicious — fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. The service throughout my stay was exceptional, with great attention to detail and genuine hospitality. The rooms were modern, clean, and very comfortable, making it easy to relax after a long day. The location is also perfect, with easy access to public transport and the city centre. Overall, everything from the food to the service was outstanding. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Edinburgh

As per usual my Novotel room was well appointed and spacious. I chose this location near the airport as it was less expensive than the more centrally located hotels but because of the nearby tram and train stations it was onkyn20 minutes or less to downtown. My room had a small fridge, a room safe and a large screen 55 inch TV with Chromecast which made it possible to watch YouTube and Amazon Prime video programming. There is a shopping center across from the tram station with 2 supermarkets as well as a Costa coffee shop. Across the road from the hotel is a KFC and Krispy Kreme as well.

We had such a great stay at Novotel Edinburgh Park! The location made it easy — right next to the tram, which made it convenient to get to the city center, all the main sights, and the airport. The hotel was spotless, modern, and very comfortable. My 9-year-old son’s favorite parts were definitely the foosball table and the pool — such fun bonuses! Breakfast was delicious with plenty of options, and the staff were all so kind and helpful throughout our stay. The TV was a bit spotty, but we took it as a sign to unplug and enjoy the trip — and we’re glad we did! There is a shopping center across the street for any unexpected needs and a few “fast food” type spots, which we didn’t try, but it was good to know we had backup options in a pinch. Would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend!
Went shopping for odds and ends at TK Maxx across the street.
Saw my first Eurasian Magpie bird when we first arrived at the hotel.

We were staying for two nights to attend a wedding. The superior room was spacious, clean and tidy. All staff were very friendly and helpful, nothing was too much trouble. All facilities were to a very high standard. The evening meal we had was amazing with a unique presentation, the Chicken Kebabs arrived still on the skewers and hanging from a frame, a bit of theatre. Breakfast was a buffet, well layed out with a wide selection to choose from and very tasty.
