I didnt like the horrible corridoe area to my toom also the carpark right close . My room was not book when i arrived on Friday at 3pm book kn and my friend was on a different floor to me a d not managing her mobility. The younf staff member Yulinia was most helpfulin assisti my friend and myself .i did manage to get a change of room close to mu friends , however this wasn't a double bed as requested . Furthermore it had no heating on at all and the phone did not work so i could not let them know. I'm 70yrs old with arthritic problems and was not about to start getting dressed to trail back downstairs and up otger stairs. Apparently , there were many other customers who had no heating or hot water, sone who had complained others i no off didnt. I complained to receptionists Adam who was most helpul and understanding . however i cannot say,as much for his manager who was giving him a hard time about refunding money. He was actually aggressive and unprofessional in his manner toward his staff. I only received £55 for a refund which i do not think was good enough and the manager made no attempt to apology.
