Staff was friendly and helpful. Lots of restaurants around the hotel. Breakfast at hotel is good; can get very busy in the mornings though. Hotel does need some updates; looking a little dated and worn.

Good clean room and nice big bed. Breakfast was disappointing. Stale rolls and cheap produce. Was a shame because I wouldn’t stay again purely because of the poor quality of breakfast food. Staff were very helpful and friendly

Close to Central train station yet safe and convenient to everything while not being in the busiest tourist areas. About 10 minute walk to local attractions and hop on hop off bus route. We found the complimentary breakfast to be good and room comfortable. Would return!

The Holiday Inn is very conveniently located at the Picardy Place Tram Stop and several bus stops. The staff were very helpful and the rooms were clean.
