Good location to all attractions. Fridge was a great amenity to have . Filtered water on each floor was excellent. Room was spacious. Lovely breakfast. Carpet had a few stains and walls a few marks.

Overall, cute hotel and well designed and in a fun area. I found our room tight for 3: me, my husband and our son but it was liveable. I docked a few points because the hotel was so hot I got heat rash, even though it was cold (16-18 Celsius) outside. The staff said they’d fully open our window while we were out, because of some kind of child lock, but instead we got back and it was closed. We opened it again as much as we could (not much) but it was too hot.

Great location. Clean and modern hotel. Note that not all rooms have AC. There was a heatwave during our stay and our allocated room felt like it was 100 degrees. There was a fan, but we were told there was no AC. We refused to stay in the room. The lovely receptionist was able to find us a room with AC which was appreciated, but we had to wait until it was ready. This caused a 45 min delay, which we were not happy about having just returned from a long trip from the highlands and missed our dinner reservation. Other clients were also complaining about the lack of AC and the heat in their rooms. I would return, but only if a room with AC was guaranteed. I acknowledge that this heat wave was exceptional.

The central location places a guest near most center city attractions and within walking distances. Downside were the occasional late-night crowd noises and few outlets for any sundry or drug store needs.

The first room we were assigned at check in had no AC. We had staff come and check the thermostat in the room because it was so warm and they opened a window but there was no breeze so the room was very warm all night. In the morning I shared my concern with the front desk and we were moved to a room with AC. Who knew such a thing existed when we checked in!! The first room had no working telephone and the outlets didn’t work. I assumed it was my adapter but it worked fine in the new room the second night. Location was terrific and we walked everywhere! There were some great restaurants handy.
