No city views for City Twin sized rooms

The room was clean and comfortable. My b o ly complaint is that the city twin rooms do NOT have any view of the city and is misleading. What you do get is a view of the rear of buildings and parking lot which produces a lot of noise until midnight or so. There’s a huge generator noise that rubs most of the night. Light sleepers beware.

Excellent location close to everything, including plenty of cafes, restaurants and small shops. Quiet room, with a couple of small glitches. I found the pillows too hard, and this would be a tough bathroom for two people to share. There wasn’t anywhere to hang a hand towel and not enough shelf space for two. But I’d go back.

Apex City of Edinburgh hotel was very good. The staff at check in were very helpful and provided good customer service. The room was comfortable and spacious. Nice welcome note! The view of the Castle from our room was very special. The breakfast was limited. The main breakfast area is small and a bit squashy. There are so many dining options all within walking distance. It was easy to get to the hotel from the airport with the airport shuttle and a 20 minutes walk. The Saturday morning open market is right in front of the hotel where you can find some good local made treasures and great Paella. Small Convenient store also right across if needed. I recommend and would come again. Thank you
