Bed very comfortable. Bathroom facilities rather strange!! Separate toilet, shower and wash hand basin. Concerned about all towels being kept in toilet, which we felt was rather unhygienic, also nowhere to hang towel when showering. Lights could only be operated from switches at door. Only one reading light working. Could benefit from having tea making facilities in rooms.

Disappointed

The Country Shot Down due to Eowyn Storm. Our plane couldn’t land and did a u-Turn. They also shot down the airport. All our booking they refunded us due to the exceptional circumstances. Guess what? Not this hotel they don’t care. No refund no modification. Not to talk about the staff on the phone they didn’t have any compassion! Very very disappointed. Please see attached picture with their answer. They answer pretty fast but no solutions maybe adapt like others to accommodate travellers. Even if they had amber alert and they ask the population to stay inside because is too dangerous, for them isn’t enough is a last minute cancellation.

Check in was easy so was checkout. The room has an adjustable bed so you can sit up to watch the tv. The hotel is a good walk from either the bus or rail staion. This didnt bother us. The actual loo part of the bathroom is very small. If you sit down your head hits the door. Apart from that the hotel was very nice. Even the bar area and the drink was in par for price as other places plus you can get free tea and coffee. As for the breakfast it was a bit of good and bad. Sorry but the bacon hash browns and potato scones were almost uneatable. We would stay again but go elsewhere for breakfast
