Bed was really uncomfortable. Alongside pillows Door to the hallway wasnt very sound proof so we kept waking up to banging in the halls. The drinks are overpriced to the ninth degree, we do acknowledge your paying for convience but even then its extortionate Shower door didnt close properly so we had to be super careful about flooding the floors Staff were amazing when interacting with them Breakfast was alright, nothing to write home about and the coffee was burnt and really bitter. The theromstat glowing an ominous green didnt help sleep, we did turn it off, but it turned itself back on during the night which meant we woke up again Bed mechanism for sliding bed is creaky and jittery. maybe needs some tlc

Room felt like it was on a different planet. Very clean and spacious. There was a fridge and toilet and shower are separated. Room temperature was controlled with great AC. We liked the fact that we could watch videos via YouTube from the tv.

We arrived at 15:10 but the room was not ready. I was told that they want to make sure our room is perfect so need little more time . I was also told that I could just sit and wait until it's ready but the staff did not say nor trying check when the room will be ready. So we decided to come back later and the staff rang me about 20 mins later saying our room is now ready.

Good location, comfortable bed and liked the reclining bed. All positives and a lot of thought on space saving. Unfortunately needs some TLC, some plugs didn't work, shower leaked and no pressure from handheld. Although free coffee/tea 5 floors below, could have done with a kettle in room. Extortionate price for snacks and drinks in mini shop. Not a fan of sink in main room and not privacy for toilet and shower, all part of main room with glass doors and screens. Prefer traditional ensuite B&B.

Everything from hotel location, check in, room facilities was spot on. Only problem we had was our room 334 location which was next to the landing doors which seemed to constantly bang throughout the night. We would definitely stay there again but ask for a room away from any set of doors.
