The staff are still ignorant. No welcome just "have you got your ID?". They staff should be more welcoming and customer focused and not focused on their own needs. "have you got your ID?". Manners maketh man. Manners also make for a pleasant hotel stay. Previously I told the staff about glass in the car park and that given a dustpan and brush i would gladly clean it up. They refused to give me a dustpan and brush and told me that they would clean it up. Which never happened for the duration of my two night stay. A coach had run over a bottle and the resulting broken glass would have been hazardous to anyone foolish enough to park in the hotel car park. I did not mind cleaning up the glass since a punctured tyre would be very annoying to any car driver. The hotel needs to improve front line customer service. Manner maketh man (and woman) and do not cost a single extra penny. It is is just attitude.

1. There's no communication chennal between reception and room all the time we have to go to the reception if we need anything. 2.There is no heater in the bathroom 3.The bed is making too much noise even sitting also 4.No cabinet in the room 5.The breakfast are very poor the restaurant service is very poor specially that somali lady. She wasn't smiling at any point and she always speaking on the phone and she wasn't responding and showing her face if we ask anything such a irritating behaviour literally unpleasant situation. I have ever had this kind of experience. Over all very very poor. Thank you Regards Kanaga

We are formally complaining that hotel staff wrongly entered our room without confirmation of checkout and removed our personal belongings without consent or attempting to contact us. Our items were handled carelessly, resulting in clean clothes being contaminated with soiled clothing, and sensitive electronics being packed improperly and put at risk of damage. The incident caused significant distress, loss of time, and led them to miss an important appointment in Glasgow. We view this as a serious breach of privacy, trust, and duty of care, and are requesting an immediate full refund for the entire stay along with written confirmation of resolution.

Nice & clean. Bed was too hard for my liking but for 2 nights it was ok. Only one roll of loo roll provided but more available at reception. Maybe having a spare roll in the room would have been better. Lovely view from the room. Uphill walk to the old town which took about 35 minutes.

The room is not clean, it’s dusty, there are hairs on the bed, the toilet is rusty, the carpet looks dirty. But the staff are really nice they even offered us to changed our room and we acepted it, but we still check out the next day and move into an Airbnb. I have a toddler that is in his exploring stage, I don’t feel like the room is safe for him. Sorry, I don’t recommend this hotel especially if you have a child with you.

The room was basic, but good for the price and location. The hotel has a older feel about it, certainly due an updgrade. I felt the staff attitude could have been better. Upon check-in I asked about parking and was told I could only park for 24 hours from check-in. However, I parked my car and told I could park until check-in and pay upon check-in. I was also told I could pay for an additional 24 hours. However, this was not what I was told upon check-in and had to challenge the host to be able to park for what I had be told I could. Please make your policies clear and consistent!

Right from the moment we entered the room, there was a strong, unpleasant smell that stayed throughout our entire stay. There were also strange stains on the bathroom countertop, which didn’t give a good impression of cleanliness. The walls were extremely thin — we could hear conversations from people down the corridor and directly outside our room. We could also hear other room doors opening and closing, which made it hard to relax. The stay was mostly fine, but the noise early in the morning was a big issue. From around 6am, as our room was next to the lifts, we could hear loud clattering and banging, as well as staff talking while cleaning rooms on the floor. There was also a lot of noise from guests entering and leaving with their suitcases. Overall, the noise levels and cleanliness issues really affected the experience.
