This is the worst hotel room I have ever seen. The room was not clean, the heater was not working, and there was a terrible smell throughout the hotel. In addition, there are no convenient charging outlets — you can only charge your phone near the table, as there are no switches near the bed. Overall, I’m very disappointed with my stay and the poor maintenance of the facilities.

The staff on reception in the day from 9 were really great , the two young lads that we’re working on reception couldn’t be more helpful. It’s a nice hotel but definitely needs updating like some of the others have already been in the Britannia chain. I had breakfast on the first morning but was disappointed so did not on the second, the room was basic, comfortable but didn’t have a plug for the bath so had to use the soap and the room looked tired and in need of a paint job. The two reception staff saved this review really as they were lovely and friendly

Room was spacious and clean and comfortable. Easy to find and park and parking was reasonably priced. Staff friendly and helpful.

The room was clean however there was damage to the wall behind the beds, the staff were welcoming even though the member of staff on reception when i checked tried to get me to pay for my room twice when i had checked in online and authorised payment. One positive was that i could walk to most places, i choose not to have breakfast at the hotel it was expensive at £24 and i found cheaper options elsewhere.

Location was fine, short walk from haymarket, facilities werent great, but all functioning, hallway stunk (saw a binbag with waste in there, left overnight, more than likely the cause). Reception staff were really friendly and helpful. Was only an overnight stay so served a purpose, anything longer and i wouldnt have been impressed.

The property was such a 'vibe' honestly, its a relief having a hotel window with a gorgeous view of a forest and river to wake up to! Also, an excellent working shower....not as common as it should be! Can't fault the venue and am so eager to come stay again asap

Night reception staff and barman brilliant. Why on earth are they not on through the day. Daytime receptionist not fit for job. No water at all in room. Room not ready, no luggage storage no one to serve at bar while waiting for room. Computer not working on reception.

You get what you pay for! Smoke alarm went off in the middle of the night. No hot water in the morning. The lift wasn’t working on departure

The staff were friendly and helpful, and they had a locked baggage room. The carpet in our room wasnt the cleanest and there were coffee granules on the chair. The bed wasn't the most comfortable. It did the job as a very short cheap stay but wouldn't stay for longer than a few days.
