Clean well organized

Easy to get to from Gyles Center Tram Station can see it from the station. Clean Budget hotel good for a one night stay. No restaurants on site and shops in the mall close early but it was easy for me to walk to the Delta for a healthy supper in their lounge.

Nice and quiet. Very clean. Breakfast was good. Good location-tram stop just across the street. The only negative is that there was no place in the room to unpack my clothes, so would not recommend for a long stay.

Room too small clever layout but still too small, and there are no phones at this hotel plus no one there for early call, TV ALARM Undependable. like;s, We had an early flight we had to be at the airport just after 3.00 am when you are ready to go you push a button at reception and it requests a taxi from a local company it was there in 10 mins.

Excellent staff who were very helpful. Accomodations clean and fresh. Breakfast options delicious. Ease of transfer to hotel from airport to city and back was perfect. Budget accommodations which did not disappoint. Would return.

The two good aspects of this hotel were 1) location close to shops & tram to Centre of Edinburgh. Otherwise it was clean & efficient. Both staff were courteous, though involved with a booking problem for another couple, which meant we were barely noticed! Our room was very small, only just navigable for 2 people. Ensuite was split into 3 separate parts. There was no kettle tea/coffee, you had to go to reception area for that. Not good value for the price paid (£140 p/n)

Not value for money. Very noisy. Nothing round about but offices. The hotel was expensive to stay then you had travel expenses on top. Really felt ripped off paying £343 for one night
