I recently stayed at this hotel and was disappointed with the check-in experience. Although most of the staff seemed friendly, the check-in process was poorly organized. There was a line and I waited for my turn, but the staff did not follow the order of the queue. After I had finished filling out the required form, the staff member who was assisting me suddenly started helping the guest behind me instead, completely ignoring me. I stood there waiting, unsure of what to do, until I asked again and was only told “two seconds.” This lack of attention and disregard for guests who are waiting made the check-in process disappointing . I hope the hotel can improve its service and ensure that staff follow proper procedures and treat guests with more consideration.

1- Staff was amazing they made the best part of the experience. Special thanks to Jamie, Alicia, and all the others (sorry forgot the names) they were very kind and helpful in all aspects 2- Room very nice and cozy 3- bed comfortable 4- Room was warm 5- lounge was nice 6- perfect location Points to improve: consider a small fridge and kettle in the room would be a bonus
