Was not given the premium king room I had paid extra for when booking w Expedia several weeks prior to my arrival. I was given a smaller classic king room. The website shows pictures and dimensions of each room. I was clearly given the latter. The manager Hannah was very rude and argumentative when asked to please be given the room I paid for.. She kept arguing w me and insisting I was given the premium room.
We were exhausted and had been traveling overnight from the US to Scotland and Hannah’s attitude and lack of customer service skills were disappointing. After much back and forth we were finally offered a room that better fit the description of what was paid for .
On a brighter note.. The two gentleman (David and Aslan) that showed us to our rooms and brought our luggage up were very kind, personable and professional. I give them 5 stars!
