We enjoyed our stay here. Breakfast was better than we were expecting. We stay in a Holiday Inn Express in Europe last year and the restaurant area was too small for the hotel there. The Adelaide hotel was much better with a better staff to guest ratio. All of the staff we encountered we really pleasant. We don’t have our room clean every day, and on those days the housekeeping staff even knock on our door to check if we needed any thing like coffee, tea or towels. It’s a good location near restaurants, shops and transport options. The bed was very comfortable with 2 pillow types. We were on the 4th floor and it was a quiet room.

The hotel facilities are quite new and very clean. Room is economical yet spacious. Location is also exceptional and close to many restaurants and shopping street. The room was serviced daily except that the bed was not made on our first night. Only downside is that the breakfast is simple and has limited choices.

We liked Holiday Inn Express for its modern interior, cleanliness, friendly staff, FABULOUS breakfast with so much choice and its proximity to trains, buses, trams, the Torrens River, lmportant historical buildings and sporting facilities. The only criticism we have is that Blyth Street, which the hotel is in, could do with a little TLC.

Property is amazing, clean, friendly staff, and in a central location in the city. Only down side is on weekends the street adjacent is a party street and a bit gross late night. But otherwise would stay again.

Parking can be expensive as only allow single entry and exit. Mayfair parking allows multiple entry and exit per day. Staff.service at the front.desk very average, but the staffs at breakfast were great.
