Hotel is beautiful. Room was amazing, very spacious for a city hotel. Very clean and had everything we needed. Hotel had a modern feel but had character too. Breakfast was hit and miss. Breads felt stale and so did the muffins and pastries, they were very dry. I did mention it to the waitress but she didnt bring any fresh ones out. The cooked breakfast was plentiful and you can order other egg's and omlettes separately which was good. Great location, close to everything so you can walk everywhere or get the free tram. We'll definitely stay here again and recommend it.

Overall good But the rug/carpet in the room very dirty definitely needs a steam cleaning it’s a must if they want to keep the reputation of the hotel in great standard.

King Luxury Room the furthest thing from luxury Big disappointment No view at all, small window Mismatched furniture, walls in the bathrooms dirty, pillows flat, the sofa was budget, chair dirty with gross stain, the bathrobes were so cheap and dirty I couldn’t touch them. Staff not particularly friendly or helpful. Would not recommend.
