Staff were happy, friendly and very helpful. Views and atmosphere was excellent - came to watch the Eagles play and they won - so great time was had. The hotel, overall, is a good place to stay for travellers visiting Adelaide. It is located close to the CBD. The rooms provide good facilties and the staff (front of house, housemaids, and back of house) provide a friendly and courteous service to visitors.
