No slippers or robes on arrival so ordered robes via room service app. The robes delivered to the room were dirty and had black grease marks on them. Told reception downstairs and they were helpful and immediately replaced the robes. Tried ordering cocktails a couple of time using QR room service app but had errors and unable to order so didn't.
