Private: natural state property 3'000 m2 with trees, meadow, lawn for sunbathing. 200 m long narrow motor access to the house (via unmade road). Parking, single garage. Grocery 2.3 km, supermarket 7 km, restaurant, bus stop 600 m, railway station "Spiez" 7 km, outdoor swimming pool 8 km, indoor swimming pool 2.3 km. Nearby attractions: Niesen, Niederhorn, Beatushöhlen, Schlösser um den Thunersee. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Thunersee. Hiking paths: Kandertal, Simmental. Please note: car recommended.
