Several times we had to ask them to come clean the room. It was at night and not clean. Overall I would recommend this hotel to anyone staffing, amenities and kindness was excellent. The hotel is beautiful and everything is easy to get to from there. Thank you for the staff being there whenever we needed them!

The staff at the front was INCREDIBLE The house keeper was so so. I had to chase him numerous days for toilet paper, tissues coffee, creamers , towels etc. I felt bad to complain cause he was a very nice kid
