Lovely hotel but a little far away from most popular areas. The spa is lovely as are the rooms. The pool and beach area are very busy and that’s due to them offering day trippers access. Getting space by the pool is hard unless you get there at 7am which I refuse to do as I am on holiday! But there is always space on the beach. Huge hotel but the food in the restaurants are fantastic but be ready to let that wallet rein free! !

This is definitely the best restaurant I ever stayed. To start with the welcome team when you arrive by car. Then the exuberance and the beauty of the hotel outside and the lobby which is breathtaking. All the staff of this hotel are amazing and very well trained. ALL OF THEM you come across within the premises. The dishes of the many restaurants are delicious. Swimming pool fascinating, the beach you have a few meters of very comfortable lounges with enormous sun umbrellas and immediately enormous and good quality towels are supplied. Water, lolly ice cream, sunglasses cleaning, cool face towels and sun cream factor 30 and 50 are supplied. There is a device where you press to have bar service to your lounge. THIS HOTEL IS SPECTACULAR ❤️

The hotel's interior is classy, ​​the bed is super comfortable. We slept wonderfully. Otherwise, the service is not worth the price and the 5 stars by far. The prices in the hotel are completely overpriced. 10 USD for a non-alcoholic drink. The menu on the beach is minimal and the food is just OK. We didn't go to the other restaurants so we can't judge the food there. The beach was very loud and crowded, it must be said that it was school holidays. But an area for adults only to relax would be more than desirable at this price range. The service on the beach was very poor, you had to go and find someone to help you find a place and then to order drinks or ice cream you sometimes had to get someone because no one came by. The room service also leaves a lot to be desired. We ordered ice cubes, lemon and water. First they forgot the lemon and water. Then they immediately forgot the water again, which we then canceled because it took over 40 minutes. Then they tried to sell us a pizza at double the price because we apparently didn't mention the restaurant, although we did. The spa is very nice, but the service is poor. We were told that it was open until 9:30, but at 9:10 p.m. they turned off the sauna and started cleaning, and even came to say that the spa was closing soon. We felt stressed and not relax…how it should be in a spa like this.To sum it all up. It is a nice hotel with stylish decor and a nice spa. However, it is overpriced. And the service is like a 3 star hotel.

I had a great time at this establishment. The warmth of its people was the highlight for me, especially Catalina from the reception.
