Am amazing experience. Exceptional staff, excellent hotel with fantastic facilities; great food. Great views; Staff that always went above and beyond. They were quite decent in sending a message beforehand to warn there was some renovation going on so o decided to reduce my stay and spend the rest of the tome at Madinat Jumeirah, however if there was renovation going on, there was no sight or sound of it, so now i wish i had stayed longer. In my opinion I will give this hotel 4 star from 5 star it was great family vacation was best , but the stuff in the hotel their exceptional service and kindness and their welcoming hospitality I will give this hotel 5 star from 5 , speciall thanks to Saeed and shalaby and Mahmoud and all the stuff they are really a star
