The hotel was immaculate and the staff were excellent. The main issue we had was the lack of sun around the pool because of the tower’s shadow. As we like to lay out and sunbathe, this obviously would be a deterrent from returning. Also the lift situation can be somewhat frustrating!!!

Staff were great. Elevators sucked. Could take up to 20 mins to get into one. Poor design. Housekeepers weren’t great. They didn’t change sheets that were dirty, comforter had urine upon arrival, wouldn’t refill toilet papers or Kleenex or replace dirty mugs. Valet was great!

Excellent hotel in a great location. The staff are extremely efficient and attentive across the hotel. Lots of bars, restaurants and the beach all within walking distance. JB's in the hotel is one of the best bars in the area for food, music and ambience. My only slight criticism is that the beds are very hard, even with a topper. Didn't sleep well. 3rd stay and will stay again.

Excellent location with an excellent stay. Rooms clean , staff friendly and a good variety at breakfast . Will definitely come back again .

Great hospitality and very nice breakfast. Hotel is very close to the beach and marina bay and walking distance to Marina Mall!! Great trip!

Hi overall had a lovely time and location was very good and our room was excellent. I would of rather had a walk in shower rather than a bath but thats my personal preference. The traffic each night to get back to the hotel was terrible the swimming pool was in the shade most of the day. The beach sunbeds should be offered at a discount for any persons staying at the nearby hotels. The double Glazing to the balcony is of poor quality allowing all the street noise into the rooms as if it was next to you.

The rooms were a little outdated for a 5 star hotel. The amenities were ok. During breakfast and close to check out time it was difficult to access the lift as they were always full. Staff were really good, helpful and friendly. Location was great.
