The hotel was grand, lovely, and very clean. The rooms were a good size and spotless. We had a rollaway bed for our 10-year-old, which was comfortable and convenient. Breakfast offered a great variety of options, with plenty to choose from. We would definitely recommend the Rolly Polly Kids Club — our boys really enjoyed it! The only downside was the pool area, which felt quite packed. The sunbeds were too close together, and there wasn’t a clear path to reach the pool. Overall, it was a very comfortable and pleasant stay.

The issue was not with the hotel but with expedia who charge me a fee for one nights cancellation and claimed the hotel charged it which was not true.
