I was very annoyed they mis charged me and it wasn’t my fault then sent a guy to my room who’s machine wasn’t working swiped both my cards five times to then not even charge me I then go to check out and they put ten US dollars on my room horrible

A great property,very central for all things and five minutes from the Marina with all it's restaurants and shops.It was our golden wedding,and they upgraded us to a grand suite ,which was superb . Immaculate rooms,and staff were excellent.very good value for money.

Not the best choice in Dubai

We checked in and overall I was very disappointed. I made a remark about this as soon as we arrived! But as we arrived in the night with a small baby, I did not have energy to complain and move to another hotel. The manager Noel called me instantly on the morning of arrival to have a talk. And here he offered to relocate us to another floor where the level should be a little higher than the interior of the first room. It was a bit better - nicer lamps and few details! The manager Noel and in general the staff was super nice, super friendly and super helpsome. Nothing to put on them. But the level of the hotel is absolutely poor and not in a condition where pictures and price match up for what you are getting. I am a frequent traveller going everywhere in the World both for business and pleasure. And honestly I was very disappointed and thought about checking in to another hotel. But we didn't! We stayed and made the best out of it! Again top stars for Noel and his team! Less stars for the Hotel and the condition. Price simply too high for such a hotel! Note that the hotel is straight to the highway. so a lot of high noise from there. Pool not as in the images. It is located on the ground level and not appealing to even go there.

experience at First Collection Dubai

The stay was awesome and the staff went out of their way for any requirements we had. This is my consecutive 2nd stay in First Collection. I also stayed here in 2023.I will always prefer this hotel due to the friendly staff and hospitality, location and wonderful food
