The room was nice modern a good size sofa bed.double.fridge for drinks staff were very helpful and friendly. Lovely food and a good bar .bonus access to to the beach on the palm great would stay again.

We booked two rooms and check in said 2 pm. We arrived at 11 and they didn't have the rooms which is fair but we could pay extra for one room upgrade which we did. The other room would still be available at 2. At 4 pm this room was still not available and after 3 calls from the room I was told rudely it's still not available. I went down eventually after 4

We arrived really in the morning and got greeted by a youn man,unfortunately I forgot his name . He is normaly on the reception at night. He was welcoming and saw we where all very tired . He offered us a early check inn. The rooms was cleaned every day ,fresh towels, bootkes of water and refilled coffee/tea. What mafe our stay so comfortable was the gentleman at the reception who checked us in early in the morning.
