“Consistently Exceptional Experience at Le Méridien Dubai” I’ve stayed at Le Méridien Dubai at least five or six times over the past few years, and every single visit has been nothing short of exceptional. The team here always goes above and beyond — from the warm welcome at check-in to the attentive service throughout the stay. What I love most about this property is their elegant coffee lounge in the lobby — it’s the perfect spot to unwind, catch up on work, or simply enjoy a quiet cup of coffee. I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction with my recent stay at your hotel. While the property itself is excellent and offers good value, it has become clear that management is failing to enforce basic rules and maintain proper standards with guests. There were two unacceptable incidents during my stay: 1. Pool Incident – A guest who spent every day at the pool drinking beer would bring his own personal radio, demand that the pool bar staff turn off the hotel’s excellent sound system, and instead play his own low-quality music. Shockingly, the staff complied with his request, disregarding other guests’ comfort and the hotel’s standards. Regardless of who this person may be—even if an owner—rules must apply equally to all guests. 2. Severe Disturbance at Night – On my last night, guests were hosting a loud party in their room, with extremely loud music late into the night. It was absolutely impossible to sleep. I had an early morning flight to Milan for work and was deprived of rest. I reported the issue to both reception and security, but the staff either claimed not to know or deliberately ignored the problem. The result was that disruptive guests dictated the environment, while the hotel failed to act. This is unacceptable for a hotel of your standard. I therefore demand a refund of at least one night of my stay, as I was unable to rest due to the hotel’s failure to provide a basic standard of peace and order. I trust you will handle this complaint seriousl

I like EVERYTHING about this hotel. the staff are very friendly and very helpful. its a short distance to the airport and the Metro. there are about 18 restaurants so there's so much eating choices. the Dubliners Irish Pub is a fantastic joint where you can watch live games. i always stay here when i am Dubai and i always will. i have tried a host of others and there's no place like the Le Meridien

I found ants in my bedroom crawling all over my bed head and even in the bed. They did change my room and apologize but that’s a pretty shocking experience. On the plus side the gym facility is excellent

The cafe that is in the atrium had terrible service - breakfast waffles were cold , morning I left, had to catch the shuttle to the airport- cafe wasn’t open for any coffee - The other restaurants were fine and loved the bands

I had a wonderful stay! The hotel was exceptionally clean, with every detail well maintained. The atmosphere was quiet and peaceful, which made it easy to relax.
