I had a very good experience at Five Palm in Dubai. The service was excellent, the room was clean, and the staff were friendly and attentive. The breakfast was delicious with many options to choose from. This hotel is clearly designed more for adults, as there are many parties with a lively and heavy atmosphere at the pool and beach areas. The only downside for me was that at times the environment seemed to attract certain inappropriate activities, which I didn’t find very comfortable.

The food was amazing!!!! Hotel is very clean. The only thing I didn’t like is if you purchase an all inclusive package, you could only have 3 meals a day and if you didn’t like that dinner then you can’t go to a different restaurant. The other thing is that the penthouse, your last all inclusive drink must be at 10pm!!

The hotel was great overall, and the customer service stood out—staff were very friendly and helpful. However, we stayed for two nights and unfortunately didn’t get a chance to use the pool. The pool area was always crowded, and the chairs were taken quickly, so there was no space whenever we tried to go. Another small issue: we left the “Make Up Room” sign on the phone before heading out for the day, but when we returned, the room hadn’t been cleaned. When we called for extra toilet paper, the staff seemed surprised the room hadn’t been serviced—but someone came shortly after and took care of it. The only regret is not being able to enjoy the pools. It was a one-time stay, maybe next time we’ll stay closer to the marina.

I am that person that cares about the hotel idc if I’m not going to be in the room I still want a clean modern aesthetically pleasing hotel!! and let me say this, This was by far the best hotel I’ve ever stayed! This hotel was beautiful the aesthetics was top tier! it was very clean, the quality of the bed sheets were very soft and the pillows do not go flat! Bathroom was very nice with a bidet the main pool was very big ppl from other hotels were coming just to go to our pool lol yes it’s that nice! Just know FIVE Palm Jumeirah in Dubai did not miss!
