The Buffet Breakfast & Dinner were excellent well worth to include! If you have an issue take it to the on duty manager and they will kindly look into it! My very large suitcase could not be accomodated in the regular King room but plenty space to put a bench to accommodate! What I didn't like was the pool shown on this hotel is a Wyndom Condo property 30 minutes by shuttle from the hotel which you had to pay for to get on beach & pool! The actual pool on premises is not show but I do have pictures! Miss leading to say the least but very safe hotel for single traveller's! My flight to Greece was delayed an extra day and hotel manager said hotel was full and quoted 907.00 for one more night but my agent that books found this very Hotel on an Expedia site for 2 nights in question for 450.00 for both nights ! I still opted to leave and went to Holiday Inn Express in Dubai airport! They made an effort to correct but a little to late!

Good location, nice hotel, clean room, comfortable bed, very nice and helpful front desk and Concierge desk. Two restaurants available within the hotel, nice area with dining options close by. Short walk to the Metro. The only small complaint would be related to housekeeping (missed to leave towels and toiletries in our room), however, Front desk staff was more than helpful and received missing items in just few minutes. Hotel offers beach access with free shuttle, which is very nice and convenient. Overall, very pleasant stay and we would definitely comve back anytime.

I really enjoyed this hotel- the room was very clean and attractive, and I was upgraded to a balcony room. Bonus points for having a tub too! There were a lot of options for breakfast. Highlight of the visit was the included access to Soluna beach and free shuttle to and from the beach. The hotel is also close to the metro for anyone who wants to access downtown Dubai and other areas without going through (road) traffic.

I wasn’t impressed with this property and felt it was more of a three star hotel. Had a better experience at neighbouring 4 star hotels. We decided to check out one night early as a result. The rooms are small, their respective amenities aren’t that good, plus I didn’t like the garbage smell in the underground parkade.
