Great Service & Staff

Very friendly staff, always willing to help and go out of their way. Feels like being in a far away resort and not in a city which is great to switch off although not near most of Dubai's sites.

Perfect retreat

We had returned to the Anantara Dubai and this was appreciated by all. The Hotel acknowledged this with a gift sent to the room. Our stay was near perfect except for delays at 05.00h when we were departing for the airport. We had booked a baggage pick up from the villa and a taxi the previous night, this pick up did not arrive again (same delay time) also advised to book a limousine as taxis are not always reliable at 05.00h Fare quoted was AED130 but we were charged AED150.

awesome family holiday

The first few hours of checking in were initially tiresome. We had to wait 6hrs before our room was available as we arrived early morning. We waited by the pool, enjoying the warmth of the welcome sun. Finally we got into our room and thereafter the stay at the hotel was fantastic. All the staff were absolutely friendly and helpful. Our kids loved the hotel, our deluxe lagoon room was spacious enough for the 4 of us. The live band at breakfast was a treat and the resort facilities and amenities were fabulous. The new year's beach party was great too although a bit pricey! Loved the concept and layout of the hotel the most! Really felt relaxed!

Wir haben uns rundum Wohlgefühlt im Anantara. Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Wir hatten ein Zimmer direkt am Pool, dass war sehr praktisch, da man jederzeit ( auch am Abend ) das erfrischende Wasser vor der Tür hat. Die Zimmer sind gut ausgestattet, und es hat ein grosses Badezimmer. Auch das Essen war sehr lecker. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

This is an amazing resort! The entire staff were extremely friendly and forthcoming and catered to my every need. Tito and his team at the spa provided a wonderfully relaxing treatment environment. Hannah was the massage therapist that I highly recommend! You will sleep for 24 hours after the treatment. I will definitely vacation here again!

Nach einem upgrade zu einem Appartement mit Poolzugang fühlten wir uns rundum wohl. Genialer Strand, too Essen, top Personal, sehr sauber und gepflegt. Auf einem hohen Niveau können einige kleinere negative Punkte zwar angebracht werden. Alles in Allem aber eine absolute Empfehlung.

Das Personal war sehr zuvorkommend und aufmerksam. Ansonsten schönes Hotel, wo man sich wohl fühlt. Tolles Frühstücksbuffet. Vegane Speisen sind angeschrieben.
