Time taken for check in was delayed. Had to wait several hours for the room to be ready. Staff initially not very helpful and a little rude however one member was very good and offered some goodwill (free meal which we didnt take) Overall experience was a bit disappointing.

Awful hotel if you want a beach

Don’t stay here for the private beach use like we did as you have absolutely no chance of getting a sun bed by the pool or beach as they’re all taken by 9am. Even if you did, which we didn’t, you’re all rammed in like sardines so a totally unpleasant experience. I ended up paying for beds along the beach at £50 each. My advice is save your money and stay somewhere else.
