The staff were so welcoming, everyone was very friendly and very caring. They went out of their way to keep us happy. This is a smaller hotel, but it definitely was preferred as it was quieter in terms of location, but the staff and facilities were impeccable. The food was good on a daily basis and they did make some items specifically for us. Room with balcony was good and clean, beach and pool area was also very clean. Loki, Rose, Eric, Suresh, Marcelo, Nilema, Naveen and the chefs made our stay so great. Ruma and Mum.

Everything about this hotel was just fabulous! From the staff treating us like royalty to the phenomenal spread of food, we couldn’t have asked for anything more! All members of staff were always at hand to help, nothing was ever too much for them! Both breakfast and dinner was superb! The variety of foods and the freshness of it was truly outstanding. It didn’t matter what time we went to dine, there was always fresh food available. Despite the alcoholic beverages being on the pricier side, there was still ample of options. The room was always cleaned to its best and they went above and beyond when we hung the wrong sign on the door, asking them to collect dirty laundry, when we wanted our room cleaned. Oops! When I had left my phone on a shuttle bus, the concierge resolved the issue immediately and it was retrieved within 20 minutes! Enough said! Overall, I would highly recommend C Central Resort to anyone, singles, couples, friends and families - it’s definitely an all rounder! You will not be disappointed!

The hotel nickel and dimes you. Upon arrival we were offered a small extra bed for the third person and we were charged an extra $200. The worst part was the front Desk employee named Yum. Yum kept calling our room and then when outside of the hotel he sucker punched my friend giving him a scar

Although the hotel is very clean and tidy the facilities lack for a resort. The spa, steam room was out of action for the whole duration of our stay. There is no entertainment as expected for a resort. The rooms are very small. If you want a late check out this hotel doesn’t offer one unless you pay for half a day, otherwise not available. The view from the room is stunning as the whole palm is viewable with attractive sites like The Atlantis and Burj al Arab. The beach is very accommodating for lounging around all day.
