The lace is a good place to stay. The resort facilities re very good. The pool is fantastic. The staff were helpful to a point. On arrival for a three night stay we asked about the onsite restaurant opening times. We were informed that it is only closed on Tuesdays. Thursday night at about 1830 we went to the restaurant for dinner and were devised that it was a closed sitting due to a tourist bus arrival. I asked when were they aware of this and the staff looked like kangaroos frozen in headlights. Not at any time were we advised of this closure during our stay and when “found out” the staff offered no apologies. Great venue but staff really do need some better training in all aspects, especially guests services.
