This is an exceptional hotel with fantastic food and friendly staff. The rooms were spacious and beds comfortable. It was easy to get everywhere with cabs as there’s not much within walking distance. We also dined at the Radisson and were really glad we stayed here - the buffet was much better and the hotel more stylish.

This is an excellent hotel with exceptional staff particularly in the restaurants. I stayed for nine nights (for work) and ate in the hotel most nights but the terrific buffet had so many options it never got dull. The breakfast is wonderful and the pool was lovely. I really like Rotana hotels and in particular this one in Al Ain. It is a nice resort which offers all amenities yet is rationally sized and in close proximity to Al Ain’s main attractions.

Honestly, speaking, we know this hotel for many years and this year it’s totally different unlike any other year before The service inside the hotel is a disaster the employees on the front desk. They’re not helpful never never felt such treatment and bad service at this hotel at previous visits . I’m trying to be honest and open we wish for the hotel good luck .
