Concorde Hotel Fujairah

"Terrible - old property plus nobody interested to give service; we booked a suite and when we checked in - it was not cleaned properly. There were pieces of glass and my daughter hurt herself. There were women hair and some sanitary (used) in the bathroom.
The entire corridor was gloomy; restaurants were not operational; exterior glass windows were not cleaned; breakfast quality was poor with limited options compared to a normal buffet which we get in almost every hotel; at check out no staff was even interested to support on the luggage; in summary entry to exit experience was terrible compared to the amount charged by them for one night.
