Concorde Hotel Fujairah

"The hotel is in a pretty poor state, with dirty carpets, furniture, floors and more. This is compounded by extremely slow service, and a lack of comprehension on the part of some room cleaners. One day, even though I asked three or four times (of different hotel staff), from around 3pm onwards, up until 10 pm, nobody actually cleaned my room!
When I asked for bottles of water for the room, they were not brought! The cleaner did not understand clearly spoken English!
When I called Reception, I sometimes had to wait for over five minutes for a response.
On the website it said we could check in at 2pm, but the reception staff said it was not until three.
In short, I would not recommend this hotel."
