Clean room, basic breakfast, allowed me a late check out. Fire alarm went off once which was jarring but this wasn’t the staffs fault. A groups of young kids burnt a bagel and set off the alarm at breakfast.

The nearest place to stay if visiting UAlbany. A lot of dining places nearby. The owner is very nice. Definitely will visit here again.

Room was neglected no air conditioner. It was hot like a sauna. The breakfast was no good. Just bread and juice. Breakfast could’ve been done better and their rooms as well.

Everything. This establishment is very good and accommodating for both a single traveler or a family. The rooms are clean and comfortable with a tv, microwave, and refrigerator. There is daily breakfast available to the guests and restaurants in walking distance near. The hotel is also across the street from SUNY Albany. The staff and management are very friendly and the general manager has gone above and beyond to make my and my daughter’s stay very comfortable and worthwhile.

We arrived in the evening and the guests near our room were playing music loudly for hours. The pounding beat and even lyrics were heard clearly in our room. Eventually we called the front desk about it and the music stopped shortly and then started again! It was not until near midnight that the music stopped and then we could hear pounding footsteps. Not good soundproofing. It was the worst stay at a hotel I have had in a long time.
