The apartment is a perfect place for families and friends.

Within 100 metres of the apartment there are all kinds of services, supermarket, trendy restaurants, beach lounger service, beach volleyball courts, the museum of Valencian writer Vicente Blasco Ibañez…



How to get around:

Just a few metres from the apartment you will find a bus stop (lines 19-31), taxi service and cycle lane, with easy access to Valencia city centre and the main points of interest.

- Check-in time: 15:00 - 20:00 h (Outside these hours, a charge of €30 payable in cash upon arrival).

- Check-out time: 09:00 - 11:00 h.

- No parties.

- No smoking.

- No pets.

- No more people than those booked.

- Responsibility, respect and good conduct towards all facilities in use and towards neighbours.

- Respect quiet hours from 22:00 h to 10:00 h.

- No rubbish in the accommodation. Waste bins are located on the street. Valencia has a daily waste collection service for 4 types: paper / glass / containers and plastics plus general waste.
