Located in Pennsylvania's bucolic Pocono Mountains, this modern Mountain Chalet-style Cabin is nestled on a 1-acre corner lot in the premier, Towamensing Trails lake community in Albrightsville, PA. Built in 2015, this home sleeps 10 guests (Community policy: only 8 community passes provided per rental - required for ages 5 and older) and boasts 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, spacious 2-story Living Room with loft, and modern kitchen. More highlights include a private sauna with shower, private hot tub on covered deck, private 1/2 basketball court and private playground, and multiple private open/covered deck and yard areas for year-round entertainment.

Bookings must be made at minimum of 3 days in advance of stay.

Guests will be provided with and must consent to a “Vacation Rental Behavior Form” indicating that they understand and acknowledge the below information.
• Be respectful of the community, community employees, full-time homeowners, other Short Term Renters, Community Security, Cleaning Staff and Maintenance Crews
• Primary Renter must be 28 yrs. old or more to reserve the property
• Quiet Hours are from 10pm to 8am daily, no excessive noise at ANY time
• NO Trespassing - All land in the community is considered private property unless otherwise identified
• NO Pets allowed in the home/on property
• A NO party policy is strictly enforced, NO underage drinking permitted
• NO Wood Burning Fires or Candles (Indoors or Outdoors) allowed – Community Policy due to forest fire risk
• NO Firearms allowed – Community Policy
• NO Fireworks of any sort allowed – Community Policy
• NO guest ATV’s, Snowmobiles, golf carts, motorized bicycles, boats may be used within community. These may be brought by guests for use elsewhere. – Community Policy
• ANY community violations and/or associated fines incurred by guests during their stay will be paid for by those guests via damage deposit deduction or additional fees as needed.

*Parking Passes, Amenity Wristbands and Trash/Recycling Disposal Passes* - PROVIDED by Community
• Parking passes, Maximum 8 amenity wristbands per booking, and trash/recycling passes per vehicle will be provided with the property Welcome Package found within the home upon arrival
• Parking Passes are required for ALL non-resident vehicles and must be registered 72 hrs prior to guest check-in date. NO EXCEPTIONS. Non-registered vehicles will be towed at owners’ expense
• Wristbands are required for ALL guests to access community Amenities/Activities
o Limit of 8 wristbands only allowed per rental property as per Community Renting Rules and are required to be on AT ALL TIMES for those guests 5 yrs. of age and older. Damaged wrist bands can be exchanged at the Community Office, but lost bands WILL NOT be replaced as per Community Policy.
• Garbage/Recycling Passes and Disposal
o Renters are responsible to dispose of their own garbage and recycling adjacent to the Towamensing Trails Community Office as per hours here http://www.towamensing.com/.
o ANY trash or recycling left at the home will result in a minimum $10 fee per bag or bulk item to be removed

This cabin offers its guests a water park, a hot tub, and a sauna. Barbecue grills, an arcade/game room, and a garden are also featured at the family-friendly cabin.
