Usually, I have a really good experience at this hotel, but not this time. The whole point of me booking the room with the jetted tub is to infect be able to use the tub. At the end of the night when I realized that the tub did not in fact work properly and did not drain so you couldn’t get the dirty water out. I complained to the front desk and the complaint seem to fall on deaf ears.

Lovely, kind, helpful front desk staff! Rooms are very spacious and clean. Great location. It was extraordinarily cold outside so it took a very long time to get hot water and decent heat in the room, but other than that, we had a great stay and would stay again!

Hidden charges - after our stay , i downloaded to find a $144 "accommodation fee" was added to my bill plus the $28/day resort fee (resort fee I knew about), and then the perks for being an IHG "Diamond Elite" member and for Hotels.com membership were ignored. Total confusion between restaurant and front desk as to how free drink benefit (which never received) was supposed to work. Also fire alarm continued to go off in our room on Friday so they moved us to a new room. I think they did not believe us until about 20 mins later they sent someone to our room. Then the next night, a water main break set off an alarm sending everyone in the hotel to the lobby for about 30 mins at 1 AM to witness gallons and gallons of water streaming down into the entrance and lobby. Staff were zero help with bags checking in and moving to new room due to fire alarm malfunction. .Hotel is also showing signs of deferred maintenance. Stayed here many times, but never going back.

A very clean modern hotel in the heart of the Philadelphia central district. Plenty of shops and restaurants in the area. The staff are friendly, helpful and professional. The hotel has a large bar/restaurant.

Price was much higher then expected upon check in. Room had a nice view of center city. Bathroom layout was awkward and I could not reach the hair dryer above the sink. Lights flickered, outlets were in the worse places in terms of hair appliances, sheets were discolored and rings from drinks seems to be on every surface. Other then that seemed very clean just damaged from past messes. Room did not come with robes and slippers. Staff was super kind but be aware cleaning comes very early. Heard from fellow guests the restaurant was very good.
