Staff was very courteous and helpful always. High noise level in the hall and neighboring rooms with too thin walls. we heard all phone conversations and everybody fighting with the noisy coffee maker early in the morning. However it was a good stay. Thank you.

Great stay, room was spotless and the indoor pool was large and heated, kids enjoyed that especially on a chilly day outside. Beds were soft and plush, bathroom was lean and modern. Close to everything Boston has to offer, Copley Mall attached to lobby and no need to step outdoors to do many things and see many sights.

Booked a one night stay for me and my 3 nieces for a fun night in town. Front desk person was great. Super nice and explained everything to make my stay perfect. Gave me a welcome gift bag and 2 free tickets to View Boston. Thanks AMEX!Concierge was amazing. I bought 4 tickets to View Boston but she told me they will refund my money because Copley Marriott got it like that! Again just super helpful at making sure i's were dotted and t's were crossed. Definitely will be coming back. Gold Status has it's privileges.

Location was great, most of the staff were amazing, great housekeeping services, nice amenities and the room was very well-put together, only issue is some of the security guards seem to be bitter they failed at becoming a real cop and it caused issues that weren’t addressed very quickly and it took multiple requests to speak to a manager.
