the people that work there are amazing. top notch hotel services. my gripes are about the room quality; bathroom doesnt have a vent, the toilet flush is weak, there was mold behind my bathroom mirror, and the AC filtets were filthy. again, the people that work there are great, from hotel concierge to cleaning people. hotel room quality, however, needs a massive improvement.

J'avais rĂ©servĂ© une chambre avec un grand lit et un sofa-lit puisque nous Ă©tions 4. On arrive, on dĂ©couvre un vulgaire fauteuil lit avec un autre lit. C'est l'incomprĂ©hension car ce n'Ă©tait pas ce que j'avais payĂ© pour. Je descend voir l'agent Ă  la rĂ©ception, il me dit qu'il n'y a aucune autre chambre libre et que la seule solution qu'il peut nous proposer est de nous prĂȘter un matelas gonflable... On ne sĂ©journe pas dans un hĂŽtel de ce standing pour dormir sur un matelas gonflable. Nous avons donc immĂ©diatement changĂ© d'hĂŽtel, qui fut bien meilleur. Le manque de rĂ©activitĂ© et de sympathie de l'agent Ă  la rĂ©ception est Ă©galement Ă  noter. À Ă©viter grandement.
