The staff who helped me at the font desk were amazing. Especially a woman named Tristine, who was not only able to accommodate my early check in, but also was able to put me on the same floor as my friends, and with a better room. 5 stars to her!

The hotel was in a decent location - in the Boston Financial district. Unfortunately the windows in the room didn't offer much sound proofing - so you'd often hear cars with very loud exhausts racing past outside. The mattress wasn't the best quality. The bathroom was quite small and didn't have the best layout, making sitting on the toilet a bit awkward. The room itself was a decent size. The hotel had a water bottle filling station located on my floor, along with free reusable plastic bottles - which was a great idea.

Everything you need and hot milk!

Terrific location! Close to everything and quiet. The room was very well-equipped, the bed was exceptionally comfortable, the staff was warm and welcoming. The best surprise was hot steamed milk at the coffee bar in the lobby! What a treat. I will certainly return on my next trip to Boston.

This was an amazing property and I don't know how we got so lucky to get a room at the rate we did. I loved being able to sit in the lobby area for some tea & coffee before heading up to our room. One thing though...there was no refrigerator! What in the world??? Even the dumpiest hotels have a mini fridge in every room, so that was very irritating We had to ask that one but brought to the room and when we did the person on the phone mentioned something about our room not being a deluxe???? Seriously??? I could go to a Motel 6 and they will have a fridge! Anyway it was a great stay but I'll be damned if I'm going to pay extra for a mini fridge by getting a "deluxe" room.

Very nice hotel with a cool pub connected to it. Easy access to the freedom trail and all the cool historical shops snd museums. It’s a short ride share from fenway park to see the red sox.
