Repeat guests at this location. Arrived for a one night stay to a clean room. The thermostat said it was 70 degrees in the room. We turned on the AC to get it down to 65 for the night. Left the room for dinner. When we returned around 9p the room was 83 degrees with the heat blasting. The thermostat said the cool fan was on not the heat. We called the front desk. They told us there was nothing they could do as the engineers had left for the day and that perhaps we should crack a window. There was no fan they could offer and they said there were no other rooms available. We contacted hotels.com for support and they said they believed the hotel was operating in good faith and were attempting everything they could to fix the issue. So there was nothing further hotels.com could do for us. The next day, at 9am, we received a phone call from the front desk asking if we wanted an engineer to come up. We asked what the point was since we had check out in a couple hours and had already experienced a horrible night sleep. Won’t be staying at the Copley again or using hotels.com. Clearly neither are not in need of our patronage.

The room was spacious clean and the staff was great . Parking was not the best we had to park across the street and it was a pain. Shopping and dinning was great . We took the train into lil Italy loved that part.

This is a pretty fair place as a budget hotel but only if you consider it as a budget hotel. The property needs some TLC but the biggest issue to me was the WiFi. I was here on a business trip and neither me nor any of our coworkers could use the WiFi. It’s not just the speed that’s unacceptably slow, the signal constantly cuts off every few minutes. Me and my coworkers were on different floors and experienced the same. Note that this and most hotels in this area tend to get a bit noisy at night but the location is great due to proximity to so many restaurants and places to walk to

Very expensive for no reason. Rooms were a bit deceiving from photos, very old, level 4 hallway had a stench, bathroom needed a paint job, fresh caulking, and rust was visible near sink. Staff never said hello when behind the counter. Valet was friendly.

What a fun experience my husband and I had!!! The staff was very kind and welcoming upon our arrival. They are very knowledgeable about the area and gave us several recommendations for things to do and places to eat. We received clean towels daily when they came to tidy up our room. It was very comforting and nice to see after spending the day sightseeing and exploring!! I highly recommend staying here while visiting Boston. My husband and I will definitely be staying here during our next visit!!

It was shabby. Had cheap metal furniture that was actually crooked, carpet was musty, scratches on the wall over the bed frame… I was pretty disappointed and regretted choosing it for my trip.
