We loved our stay but ate at the dining room on a very cold day and the restaurant was cold- not just a little cold - probable about 55 degrees all the patrons were wearing their coat. Other than that, we love staying at this hotel for its convenience to Logan airport

The hotel was very typical for an airport lodging even though the Hyatt Regency brand was once known as a luxury property. We thought it was more than adequate for the purpose of our stay and why we would choose an airport property. The curtains in our room were ripped, which was disappointing. It's like the housekeeping folks don't notice a big fat rip glaring at them.

Just a one-night stay before flying out in the morning to Aruba. A friend drove us from Cape Cod to the Hyatt but had to do it early because of his schedule. We arrived at noon and asked for an early check-in and they were able to accommodate us. Had both lunch and dinner there and the food was good. Nice, helpful employees there. We have been staying there for years before any trip we take that start at Logan Airport.
