The view of the water was great. It is at the airport, so you could hear planes, but it wasn’t bad.

I was disappointed in this property. It looks to be in need of some upgrades. The parking area looked like an abandoned lot and the fee for parking was quite hefty (much more than the previous night in a different hotel with an enclosed parking garage). The area in general was not very nice. The room was clean, but the carpeting looked worn and faded from the sun. The bathroom lighting was very very dim. We had a view of the bay/city which was very nice.

There were several issues. There was no ice on any of the floors when we call to have ice delivered by room service. It never arrived. The sound machine on the fifth floor was completely out of sodas. We called and notified the front desk no sense of urgency another negative..

There was a beautiful sitting area and walkway along Boston Harbor. The hotel is very convenient with great transportation service to and from the airport (and still fairly quiet).

A few staff members provided poor service. 1) At nearly $500 per night, no one offers to help you with your luggage; 2) The concierge was not helpful nor professional; 3) Could not find menu for restaurant online nor at the restaurant. Restaurant employee told me to come back later when restaurant was open to see menu. Very inconvenient.
