Close to the airport and right at a train stop, it is very accessible. Close to lots of restaurants and markets. Room was average, elevators are slightly slow as it is a renovated historic building.

Overall we had a wonderful stay, the hotel is super cute and very clean! They have a restaurant attached which is super convenient as well as a 7/11 on the concern. It’s less than a 1 min walk from the train station and very easy to get too from the airport. It’s very central to everything in the north end and near a lot of tourist attractions. Would 10/10 recommend. Very walkable city!

Generally fine. The shower is annoying. You have to get inside to turn it on and the dial means nothing as far as the temperature. Took me forever on the first day to figure out how to get it to a not hot or cold temperature, made note of where the dial was for the next day, but the next day I had to use a very different setting. There was a big mirror in the room that shook a bit when people upstairs or next door made noise, and there was no conditioner - just shampoo.

Our stay here was just average. The only plus for this hotel is its location. The rooms are average at best-/on the small side. There isn’t any coffee maker in the room nor coffee station in the lobby area. Even low budget motels/hotels offer free coffee somewhere on premise. I would rate this hotel a “C” grade.

We stayed at the Harborside Inn while in town for a concert at TD Garden. The hotel was the perfect “home base” for our stay. We were able to walk everywhere within 10-15 minutes and it was easy to drop back into the hotel to change or have a quick rest before adventuring out again. The staff were friendly and happily accommodated us checking in a little early as our room was ready when we arrived from a very long morning of multiple flights. The room itself was nicely decorated and clean. We had a city view King room and the natural light, exposed brick and extra seating area made the room feel very spacious. We had read some reviews about the city view rooms being a little loud due to traffic but we were on the 5th floor so barely noticed the noise. The aquarium is about a 3 minute walk across the street and was definitely a fun way to beat the heat for a few hours. Faneuil Hall market is also steps away and has lots to see. A couple of minor details that were more about the area than the hotel - the 7Eleven next door is a very small location with limited options for snacks and drinks, but good enough for grabbing some bottled water/soda etc. The nearby convenience stores don’t sell beer and wine, and the nearest liquor store closed at 6pm so if you are wanting to relax with a drink in your room after a day of exploring, be sure to grab what you need early. Overall, our stay was absolutely lovely and we will absolutely stay at the Harborside again when we visit Boston.

Family vacation

Harborside Inn is a good location hotel, to the harbor, and not far from historic sites. The staff are very friendly, and you receive an actual metal key to your room, which I loved. We stayed in a Queen Atrim room, and it was adequate, and clean, however the air conditioning was not working very well, and there is no coffee maker. It was a quiet room, but kinda dark. I would stay here again,because of location, and the staff!
