Expedia should note in the hotel description that you have to ask for housekeeping service. They didn’t do it and told us we were supposed to ask. I’ve never known that before. Only when you DONT want service and put a door hanger to tell them. We insisted that they come and do it and it wasn’t done very well. Prob because it was evening and they hurried it. The right hand tap had a slight leak and the safe didn’t work until we saw the battery was hanging out. The manager saw us after I’d complained to Expedia and she wasn’t happy that I’d gone to Expedia.

My only issue is that the housekeeper did not leave enough towels for the 2 of us, however the bathroom was very well cleaned. Loved that the room had an exposed brick wall that was quintessential New England. Great location to public transportation and Faneuil Hall and Freedom trail. I would definitely consider returning to this property. Front Desk staff very helpful.

Room clean, staff all very friendly and helpful. Room on the small side and quite dark. We banged our legs on protruding bed post several times. Bathroom also quite small but it met all our needs. Hotel is in great position for sightseeing. It was surprisingly quiet.

Very nice room city view staff was very nice. We had a Rent-A-Car and took it back to the airport so did not need parking however there was no valet, it's all self serve. Nice area downstairs, centrally located, close to lots of the great touristy things.
