The entry is interesting and appealing, the service was good but the lines to wait for service were long. The staff seemed overwhelmed and slightly understaffed, but the staff was friendly and helpful. The rooms themselves are clean and well arranged. Some of the furnishings felt outdated, the couch was uncomfortable to sit on and sleep in. The view was amazing and made up for it, so did the pool, it was large, enclosed, and warm. I would definitely go back!

The hotel is beautiful and as it was the start of the holiday season, the lobby was decorated with that spirit of the season. Our room was a junior suite with a great view and very spacious. Highly recommend this hotel in your future stays in Boston.

The pool and gym equipment are gorgeous, but were not operable when I was there. The staff was rude when I asked about it, and pretended not to know and did not offer solutions.
Pool closed during my stay, front desk claimed that "no other guest was aware" and did not offer a remedy or timetable, and did not alert me when I checked in.
