Pros: the location was fantastic and we walked everywhere. The building felt safe and secure. The kitchen was great and everything worked. Cons: the internet would go out multiple times a day. We had to reset the router about 5 times a day and then wait 25 minutes for it to come back up. I reached out to the property and they suggested we unplugged the router and I thought the situation was fixed but when I let them know that it was a continuing situation they stopped communicating. The dryer did not dry any of our clothes even if it was a small load. Just socks and underwear. The bed was uncomfortable and only had a table on one side. We probably wouldn't stay here again due to the internet issues.

Perfect suite for a small family of 3

Loved our stay at the Global Luxury Suites! Nothing bad to say from the Welcoming/Check-In experience to our Check-Out. The studio isn’t that large, but it was a nice size us family of two adults and a 5yr old kid. Super clean and modern. Everything we needed was there, from all the kitchenware, dishwasher, washing and drying machine. Even though it’s located in the heart of downtown/chinatown, it wasn’t noisy at all… sure we heard some trucks every now and then, but nothing during night time and everybody slept really well. It is also well located near the Orange and Green subway line. Would recommend and would come back!

Great location for ease of getting around Boston, but beyond the kitchen it was not good. The company has a 1800 number, but no repairs or adjustments were made during our stay. Terrible beds and bedding. Three towels, for three people, for three days. The shower curtained smelled like soured milk. The drier might dry your clothes and the washer leaks. TV in the livingroom does not work. All reported on our first day and none repaired or adjusted.

Washer/Dryer did not work properly. Despite 2 calls and 1 email to customer service, the issue was not resolved. The washer didn’t rinse clothing out and they remained sopping wet. They required extensive drying time as a result ( over 4 hours). This was extremely inconvenient.

The location is good (in terms of convenient to most city attractions) and the space of the apartment was decent. Nice sized kitchen with good appliances. Everything was very clean. We did not like the front desk staff at all. They were extremely unprofessional and rude during both check-in and out. Plus, we had to wait both times because no one was at front desk to help us.

Pros- Apartment itself is extremely spacious and clean/modern. Quiet, easy check in/check out process Cons- Probably won’t be able to hold your bags on the weekends prior to 4 which sucked. Fitness facilities out of order.

Spacious quarters, thats about it

The room is spacious, yes. However: 1. There are no shades in the room and if you are a lighr sleeper, bring a sleeping mask. 2. The bedroom doors do not close all the way and the sunlight from the non shaded windows comes in, early. 3. The mattress in the pullout couch is terrible. You can feel every spring. 4. The sheets on the bed were scratchy. Bring your own if you want to sleep in comfort. 5. The batbroom is small. Very small. Two people can not be in there at the same time. 6. There is no shelf in the shower for your products, meaning everything is left on the floor. Hard for people with multiple back surgeries to reach down. 7. Parking nearby is very, very expensive.

Family of 6, 5 adults and 1 child, I pre-ordered and prepaid early check-in and a rollaway bed for my son. The rollaway bed was not there at check-in, I called customer assistance and they said there was nothing they could do and were very indifferent to the fact that my son didnt have a place to sleep on the day of hos 10th birthday! Good location but horrible customer service!

From the moment we walked in the property the air conditioner/fan/heater thermostat was not working. I nicely asked the front desk twice to help fix and they said they messaged the property manager each time. It was never fixed so I called the only number provided and emailed multiple times. No one ever addressed the issue or replied! Our entire 2 days was in a stuffy place with no air or circulation. None of us could sleep well. Never had such a terrible experience.
