I had a good stay. Got a hard time from reception who wanted to put a hold on my card until the breakfast bill cleared and I paid at the table. Also I won’t stay there again. Parking rate is ridiculous. Almost as much as the room.

Every member of the staff at the Omni Parker House made this a wonderful place to stay. This includes Richie, who greeted us at the curb to valet our car, Neil and Richard at the front desk, Steven the bellhop and so many others whose names we didn’t catch. The best of all was Danaya at Parker’s Restaurant.

January 2025 trip

Fantastic trip, overall. The hotel is right on the Freedom Trail and close to two MBTA stations. Great location for the things that were important to us. The drawback was what sounded like construction that began at 9:00 am. We found out halfway through our stay that the hotel is undergoing renovations. The staff we came in contact with were very friendly. I’d recommend the hotel to others.

Great Historic Hotel

What a beautiful, historic hotel! They are just beginning a full renovation. We loved our corner room (578); small, with only a shower stall, but so charming! The location is superb!

The Omni Parker House is absolutely wonderful! It’s beautiful, historical, delightfully haunted and it’s in a great location in Boston. The staff are friendly, helpful and just all around great! There’s a parking garage a few minutes walking distance or they have valet parking. I highly recommend this hotel!

I thought the hotel was a historical part of boston and chose to stay here because of these reviews. The staff was amazing and so helpful. Room sevice was great however there were extra fees for everything. I also booked the executive suite which was a nice room but there was no mini fridge which i was really surprised by and could see the spot where it was at one time. They mentioned that the hotel is undergoing renovations but that we wouldnt hear anything. Unfortunately that was not true, one day i fel like the jack hammer was in my room with me for over 2 hours, luckily we left for the rest of the day and the next day you could hear it but was further away. The hotel definitely needs to be updated, the sofa and chairs in our room seemed very very old, i just felt like i was paying 350/night but the amenities didnt reflect that.
