Easily one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed at. The hotel looked and felt grand. It was just a beautiful and historic building that was close to everything. Our room was a lot smaller than I thought but it was fine for just the two of us. The bathroom design was a little flawed and lacked leg room for taller people. But it was beautiful and I loved the details. Would stay here again.

When we arrived they had no more double bedrooms despite us reserving such room. They tried to accommodate us but our sleeping arrangements weren’t great. Everything else was great -location and history was great!

The OMNI Parker is in such an amazing location, surrounded by history. Inside the hotel, was immaculate and our room was incredibly comfortable. The staff was incredibly helpful. I highly recommend staying here.

While the public areas are sumptuous, the rooms feel "faded" and a bit shabby. Plus our bathroom was almost comically small. I'm a petite 5'2" and could barely turn around in it with banging myself on something. We could have been okay with this, but when we went in search of coffee in the morning, we were told there wasn't room for us in the restaurant (it appeared most of the tables were empty) and we'd have to go next door. It was clear they didn't want to waste space on someone who only wanted coffee. The lack of kindness and graciousness in a hotel that purports to be elegant was the last straw. Most of the staff was great, but there was just a general disconnect that pervaded the atmosphere and diminished the experience for us.

I had a great day at this property. It's so close to everything you could possibly need. There is a lot of history in the hotel that is really fun and cool to learn about. The staff is really nice and we got a free drink voucher for the bar at the hotel that could also be spent on coffee and tea.

The hotel was very good. The lobby was impressive and the room was newly renovated. The bed was the most comfortable that I have slept on in a hotel. All staff were helpful and friendly. The main entrance has a few stairs which is difficult when you have luggage but there are door men to help. The porter brought our luggage to the room and gave us advice regarding dining. The area around the hotel is good and easy to get to everywhere. There is a coffee house that sells medication for colds etc and most other things you need whilst travelling. I would recommend this hotel

The hotel was in a great place to walk the Freedom Trail and near a lot of Boston highlights. Room was small - hard for more than one to be walking at a time. If someone was at desk, you couldn’t get into bed in that side. Bathroom was renovated but was small. We checked in on Friday night and left on Sunday. All 3 days we had to call the front desk because the breaker for the bathroom threw twice and the breaker for the room threw once. We were woke up early this morning by a loud gurgling that sounded like water bubbling up in commode or shower. A beautiful older hotel that needs to upgrade its electrical system. For the price we had to pay, we were not pleased with the room.
