Great location. We had a few glitches but they were sorted out quickly. The room is comfortable but the bathrooms are very small. The last hurrah could use a more varied menu or having the main restaurant open for dinner would be good. Overalll we enjoyed our stay. All staff were friendly and helpful.

Arriving in Boston was a bit stressful with traffic and tight roads. Valet staff was incredibly helpful. Porters (or bellhops) were attentive and polite. Checking in was a breeze. Overall, I loved the room, area and history of the Omni Parker. Definitely recommend if you plan on staying in Boston!

Everything about this hotel was amazing. Staff were great, the location was so convenient. I had a packaged delivered before I arrived and the staff were so helpful in keeping in safe until I got into town. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone but especially to anyone visiting Boston for the first time.

Beautify, historic hotel in the middle of town. Easy to get everywhere and close to Boston Commons and the T. Room was clean and comfortable, albeit a bit cramped. Bathroom was tiny, view was into an adjacent office building, and bar drinks were mediocre but overall a nice stay and decent price for location.

Beautiful hotel to stay for a wedding, I got a deluxe king, it’s a small room with small bathroom. The nightstands should have been small bureaus to provide more than one draw Bathroom needs hooks for towels and shelf space. More electrical outlets are needed to iron. A rear mirror in bathroom to check back of hair is needed. Those are just my suggestions, we enjoyed our stay, we’d come again.
