Omni was such an incredible place to stay for our first time in Boston! It’s a huge property with several restaurant and bar options and is well decorated and maintained. The vibe in the lobby area was happening and we appreciated the free drink tickets that were given to us at check-in. The bartender was super sweet, the coffee and treats at the coffee shop were yummy, and the food at the restaurant we ordered in from was very good. Our room was one of the best ones we have ever stayed in! Tons of space with a large, well equipped bathroom and large tub where I soaked the day away. The bed was so comfortable as well! I will definitely stay here again!

My one major complaint in. It’s a serious one: are the showers. They need to have a nonslip something inside. When you use the body wash, the feet are very slippery. Even if it’s just a light decal. Also critical and I’m seeing it more and more and other hotels is a shower bar. You combine a slippery floor and nothing to hold onto in that’s a problem!
