I had a wonderful stay at The Lenox! It’s a beautiful hotel and the staff was outstanding. Added bonus: the bed was suuuuuuper comfy! Location was also fantastic with close proximity to shopping, dining and transportation. I will definitely be back!

The Lenox Hotel is an excellent hotel right in the heart of Back Bay in Boston. The hotel is classic looking with a historic feel and provides a wonderful experience a modern cookie cutter hotel couldn't, especially in a historic city like Boston. The staff are super welcoming and helpful. I was offered a bottle of water every time I spoke to them and my youngest daughter even mentioned that she was asked three times "how are you doing" or "how was your day" from the time we walked into the lobby to when we finally checked in and got to our room. The hotel is conveniently located a block from Newbury Street, the Boston Public Library, and the train station so there is no shortage of things to do within walking distance. We even walked to and from Fenway for a baseball game and were surrounded by people the whole way. The neighborhood is completely safe and unlike a downtown area, you won't wake up to a lot of hustle and bustle during the weekdays. We had a corner, fireplace room that had two queens and a pull out couch which was perfect for my family of 5. If I ever find myself back in Boston, I would not hesitate to book this hotel again.

Really lovely stay at beautiful hotel!

My partner and I really had a nice time. The hotel checked us in early, and it was absolutely a beautiful hotel. Also, the location was fantastic, just a block from the green line and easy to get to the North End.

Wonderful hotel in a great location

Great hotel in a great location. The photos don’t do it justice. Gorgeous lobby and feels like a historical hotel. Our room was clean and well appointed, comfortable beds. The free coffee was great and it was a short walk to many great places and the train. Highly recommend!

We wanted to love this hotel. We traveled for our 10th anniversary, this boutique hotel was ok. We had better experiences at other boutique hotels. Staff were very nice, hotel was clean and bed was comfortable. However, for a 4 star, there is no extra "touch". The USB ports for charging did not work, no coffee pot inside the room/ no snacks. The coffee station was placed right infront of the elevator which makes getting in/out in the morning hectic with people getting coffee where you have to walk out. There was just nothing special. It was very walkable to the station and other tourist spots. We stayed for 3 nights. It was an ok experience.

The only reason I gave it three stars was that the room was quite small. That being said I was there hours before check-in in the room was ready without me even having to ask …I’m sure I could’ve waited for a larger room, but it really didn’t matter. The Lennox is top notch always my first choice in Boston.
