We received outstanding customer service at this hotel. The breakfast has plenty of wonderful, fresh fruit and the pancakes are heavenly. The waitresses are so charming! They absolutely spoiled our two little ones. The location is unbeatable, with plenty of parks, playgrounds, museums at walkable distances. It did stand out that the rooms were very average and below the price point. This is the first Hilton I go to where the rooms look more like dorms. The toilet looks like a clean public toilet. The shower handle was a bit loose. No real decor or anything. It was a bit of a mismatch with the lobby and the Hilton brand, but still clean. The gym is fun and has a lot of variety to offer, though it is super crowded at peak hours. The gym includes access to a small sauna and showers.

Waste of Money

This room was not worth the price tag. We got into our room, there's a bunch of marks on the walls like they have never been scrubbed. The TV is in the most awkward angle where you can't comfortably watch while in bed. The worst part was the bathroom. The bathroom was incredibly dirty. The shower was miniscule. There was hair in the shower and a hair on the toilet. The bathroom shower exterior was missing a tile and there was a crack in the shower. The following morning, maintenance knocked on our door extremely early as there was a leak from our shower into the room below us.
